Who we are

Proven Property Solutions (PPS) coordinates home, property, auto and other local services anywhere in the U.S. You send us a request, and we match the job with an independent local contractor and stay your point of contact until it's done.

This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or work with us, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you request a quote or apply as a contractor, we collect what you type into the form:

• Your name, phone number and email address (email is optional)
• Your ZIP code, and the address and details of the job when you share them
• The service you need, when you need it, your budget range and any notes
• Photos you choose to upload
• For contractors: business name, trades, states and cities you cover, and whether you are licensed and insured

Our server also records the date and time of the request, the page you sent it from, and your IP address. We use these to prevent spam and abuse.

How we use it

• To prepare your quote and match your job with a contractor who does that work in your area
• To schedule the job, share updates and coordinate between you and the contractor
• To text or call you about your request or job, if you agreed to that
• To take payment for the job and pay the contractor
• To check in after the job and handle any problems
• For contractors: to verify your license and insurance and send you jobs that fit your trade and area

Text messages

If you check the consent box, we may send you texts and make calls about your request or job, including automated texts. Message frequency varies with your job.

Consent to texts is not a condition of getting a quote or buying anything.

We never sell or share mobile numbers or text opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Who we share it with

We share your information only as needed to do the job:

• The contractor assigned to your job gets the details they need, such as your name, phone, the job address and the job details
• Service providers that run our systems, such as website hosting, our customer database and our texting and payment tools. They may use it only to provide those services to us

We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep request and job records for as long as we need them to run the job, handle payments and follow-up, and keep reasonable business records. When we no longer need them, we delete them or keep them in a form that no longer identifies you.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will take care of it, unless we need to keep something to finish a job, settle a payment or follow the law.

You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or its own cookies. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers to download them. Our site host may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
